Wagner discovered her love for all things wine & spirits as Bar Manager of Lobby Bar and Bistro, and has worked hard to build her detailed knowledge of both. Next, Wagner moved to ONE. midtown kitchen where she was again named Bar Manager, as well as Restaurant Assistant Manager. Proving herself as an expert staff trainer and motivator throughout her tenure with Concentrics, Wagner was off to three-sixty, in St. Louis. Here, she assisted in developing the beverage program and also acted as opening bar trainer. Wagner did the same for Central, Concentrics newest concept in Montgomery, Alabama; a true American restaurant highlighting local and seasonal ingredients, Central is collaboration between Montgomery developer Jerry Kyser, owner, and Bob Amick.
